Open the page for the service you want and use its order builder: make your choices, set the quantities, and add the service to your cart. You can combine several services in one order and check out once — no account is needed, one is created for you automatically at checkout.
Every service has a fixed price, shown on its page including VAT. The order builder works the total out from your choices and quantities, so the price you see is the price you pay — no quotes and no surprises afterwards.
No. This website never takes payment. You check out with an order and pay by bank transfer (invoice), using the payment details shown straight after checkout and emailed to you. Your order is processed once the invoice is paid.
We allocate 30 business days for delivery, counted from the moment your order processing is confirmed. If anything in your brief could change that timing, we will tell you before work starts.
Yes. The order confirmation itself is not a tax invoice — once your order is confirmed, we issue your invoice together with the bank-transfer payment details.

No payment is taken on this website. Once your order is confirmed, we send you the payment details for a bank transfer (EUR) with your order number as the reference, together with your invoice.
Yes, within 24 hours of submitting it. After 24 hours your order goes into implementation and can no longer be cancelled.
