Who we are

What we collect, and why

• Orders and bookings. When you order a service or book through the client portal, we collect your name, business name, email address, website, the service details and briefs you provide (including target pages and anchor text for link services), and — for cart orders — your billing address and VAT ID. We use this to process and fulfil your order, to issue your invoice, and to keep you updated about its status.
• Client accounts. If you create an account (or one is created for you automatically at checkout), we store your account details and order history so you can sign in and follow your orders.
• Discovery calls. When you book a call, we collect your name, email address, phone number, website, your question, and any file you choose to attach, so we can prepare for and hold the call.
• Technical data. With orders and bookings we record your IP address only as a one-way hash, for abuse prevention. We do not build visitor profiles.

Cookies

This website uses only the cookies it needs to work, plus one for language:

• Session cookie (strictly necessary). A PHP session cookie keeps your cart contents and your portal sign-in working while you use the site.
• Remember-me cookie (only if you choose it). If you tick “keep me signed in” in the portal, a cookie keeps you signed in for 30 days. You can end it any time by logging out.
• Language cookie. The translation widget (GTranslate) stores your chosen language in a cookie so the site remembers it on your next visit.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell personal data.

Sharing and retention

Your data is stored on our hosting in the European Union and is only shared with the providers needed to run this website and deliver email. Order and invoice records are kept for as long as Dutch tax law requires (seven years). Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, and ask for it to be corrected, exported or deleted. Write to hallo@agreatarchie.nl and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
