Help connecting one domain and enabling the host’s HTTPS certificate. Registration, access and renewal responsibility stay documented in your name or business account.
Meaningful headings, page titles and descriptions, descriptive URLs, internal navigation, a sitemap and indexability checks. We connect your Search Console property and submit the sitemap where you supply access.
Image sizing and compression, useful image alternatives, labelled form controls, visible keyboard focus and readable contrast. We check the agreed navigation, forms and integrations on mobile and desktop, including one approved enquiry-email test.

Core pages are distinct designed pages. The stated blog index and article uploads, a form confirmation screen and placement of your supplied privacy/cookie text are included separately. A review round is one combined set of feedback on the agreed direction; extra pages, new features or a new direction are quoted separately.

Your domain registration and hosting account remain under your control. After payment, you receive the agreed project files, content and administrator access. Third-party themes, software and media retain their applicable licences.
You pay the provider’s current initial and renewal fees for domain registration, hosting, mailboxes, paid plugins and any newsletter or booking tools. These costs are separate from our one-time package price.
No agency maintenance subscription is required. Renewals, backups, software updates and day-to-day administration are your responsibility after handover unless we agree a separate maintenance service.
FROM BRIEF TO LAUNCH
We confirm the package, pages, features, materials and provider costs in writing. Payment is by invoice and bank transfer; work starts after the invoice is paid.
We work to the agreed visual direction and your supplied content. Your package’s review rounds cover consolidated feedback on that scope.
We check the included functionality, launch the site and walk you through access and administration. You have 14 calendar days to report defects against the agreed scope.
Delivery: within 30 business days after order processing, complete materials and access are confirmed. Missing content, late feedback, provider delays or extra scope require a revised schedule agreed with you.

No. The package is the one-time design and setup fee, including VAT. Domain, hosting and paid tools are purchased directly from their providers. We confirm initial and renewal costs before you commit.
Yes. We set up the project around accounts controlled by you or your business. Handover includes the agreed files, content and administrative access after payment, with third-party licence or export restrictions documented.
The packages format and lightly edit your supplied copy within the listed word limits. Research, original copywriting, logo design, brand identity and photography are separate. Our Web Copy service can help if you need new text.
Ecommerce, payment processing, memberships, custom applications, multilingual sites and substantial migrations are outside these packages. Tell us what you need so it can be scoped and quoted separately.
It covers the included pages’ headings, titles, descriptions, URLs, internal navigation, sitemap and indexability checks, plus Search Console connection where access is available. Ongoing SEO campaigns and ranking guarantees are not included.
Starter includes one consolidated review round; the other packages include two. After launch, you have 14 calendar days to report defects against the agreed scope. New content, additional pages and new features are separate work.
